The 62nd annual general meeting of Trivandrum Insurance Institute held at Conference Hall, LIC of India Divisional Office, Trivandrum on 27.06.2023 – 4.30pm.
The meeting started with III Anthem
The meeting was presided by Sri S.Premkumar, Chairman of the Institute. Kum. I.Latha, Vice Chairman delivered the welcome address. Sri. S. Premkumar in his presidential address pointed about the importance of Insurance Institute and the role to be played by Institute in improvising the penetration of insurance studies. BIMABODHI, the annual journal of Trivandrum Insurance Institute was released by S.Premkumar by handing over to Vice Chairman Kum.I .Latha, Anoop R S, Hon. Secretary presented the annual report of 2022-23 and the accounts for 2022-23 and budget for 2023-24 were presented by Smt. Anitha V. K, Hon. Treasurer. Kum I Latha proposed M/s Rajeev and Jose as the CAs for the year 2023-24. The meeting accepted the report, accounts budget and the proposal of CAs for the next year. The subject toppers and Fellowship holders were felicitated in the meeting by Sr Divisional Manager, Sri, S.Premkumar. The essay writing competition and badminton tournament were announced in the meeting as a part of the 60th year celebration. The result of the election to the managing committee was announced by returning officer Sri CA Jayaprakash. Asha Maria, Hon. Joint Secretary proposed vote of thanks.
